CUSTOMERVO
Privacy notice
Effective date: September 13, 2026
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit Customervo, use its sales workspace, or communicate with us.
1. Who is responsible
Customervo is operated by Tucats. Contact us at support@tucats.us or by mail:
Tucats3564 Avalon Park E Blvd Ste 1-A890
Orlando, FL 32828
For account administration, billing, security, and our own business communications, the operator determines how information is used. When a customer uploads prospect information or uses the workspace to manage outreach, we process that information to provide the service to that customer. If a customer contacted you using Customervo, contact that customer about its outreach; you may also contact us for help identifying the relevant request.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, organization membership, and workspace preferences.
- Workspace content: product information, websites, campaign settings, prospect and company records, research sources, messages, replies, follow-up actions, and conversion events that you or your integrations provide.
- Payment information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment and invoice status, plan information, and trial dates. Payment details are entered into Stripe-hosted pages; Customervo does not store complete card numbers.
- Technical and security information: request and error logs, activity records, timestamps, network information associated with requests, and authentication events.
- Communications: information you include when you contact us.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and maintain workspaces, research customer-supplied opportunities, generate AI-assisted suggestions, execute authorized workflows, administer subscriptions, respond to requests, detect abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not promise that AI-generated research is accurate; users should review evidence and approve claims before using them.
4. AI processing and service providers
Relevant workspace content may be sent to an AI provider to research a product, evaluate an opportunity, suggest a message, or interpret a reply. Our default infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Bedrock for AI processing. If a workspace configures another supported AI provider, the information needed for those requests is sent to that provider. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
We use AWS for hosting, authentication, storage, logs, and email infrastructure, and Stripe for hosted payments and subscription management. Google Fonts may receive network information when application fonts load. Service-provider processing is subject to the relevant provider terms and configurations. Data retention and model-training practices depend on the provider and account configuration. Review the policies of any provider you configure.
5. Disclosures
We disclose information to service providers needed to operate Customervo, to people in your workspace according to their permissions, and to integrations you choose. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not use the current website to run advertising pixels or sell prospect lists.
6. Browser storage
The app stores your selected workspace identifier in local browser storage and keeps an access token in application memory while you use it. Authentication and payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services. The public marketing pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser controls can clear or restrict local storage, although this may affect the service.
7. Retention and security
We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service, resolve requests or disputes, maintain security, and satisfy applicable obligations. Some audit, suppression, billing, backup, or legal records may need to be retained after a workspace stops being used. Application logs are currently configured with a 14-day retention period; this does not mean workspace or billing records are deleted after 14 days.
We use HTTPS, managed infrastructure, access controls, and tenant authorization checks. No system is completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service. Contact us to discuss deletion, export, or retention needs; deleting an account is a separate action from canceling a subscription.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which customer or workspace is responsible. You may also be entitled to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Location and children
Customervo currently uses AWS infrastructure in the United States. Providers and integrations may process information in other locations under their applicable arrangements. Customervo is intended for adults using business software, not for children under 18.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when required for a material change. For privacy questions, contact support@tucats.us.
